Indien u de regels niet nakomt, kan de beveiliging namens QTS u verzoeken zich uit het Datacenter te verwijderen. Schade ontstaan door het niet nakomen van deze basisregels zullen wij verhalen op u.

• Wees u bewust van de technische omgeving in het gebouw en handel hiernaar.
• Heb altijd een geldig legitimatiebewijs (paspoort, rijbewijs of identiteitskaart) bij u en toon deze aan de beveiliging.
• Ken het Huishoudelijk Reglement van het gebouw en houd u aan deze regels.
• Kies altijd de kortst mogelijke route naar uw ruimte en verblijf alleen daar waar toestemming voor verleend is door QTS of de beveiliging.
• Houdt u aan de veiligheidsvoorschriften opgenomen in het Huishoudelijk Reglement.
• De locatie dient alleen via de hoofdingang te worden verlaten.
• Weet waar de nooduitgangen in het gebouw zijn.
• In het geval van calamiteiten volg de instructies van de beveiligingsbeambten en QTS-medewerkers. Verlaat bij een calamiteit via de kortste route het gebouw en begeef u naar het aangegeven verzamelpunt op de parkeerplaats indien u in het gebouw een sirene hoort.
• Alle interne deuren dienen zorgvuldig te worden afgesloten.
• Hinder de werkzaamheden van anderen niet.
• Bedien zonder toestemming geen apparatuur van derden.
• Laat de ruimten schoon achter.
• Het is niet toegestaan verpakkingsmaterialen, vloeistoffen en/of etenswaren mee te nemen naar de gang op de eerste verdieping en/of colocaties. In de loading bay staat een uitpaktafel waar de mogelijkheid is om apparatuur uit te pakken.
• Het is niet toegestaan onder invloed van drugs en/of alcohol het gebouw te betreden.
• Het is niet toegestaan te roken in en om het gebouw behalve op de daartoe aangegeven locatie.
• Het is niet toegestaan op de locatie te filmen en/of te fotograferen zonder schriftelijke toestemming van QTS.
• Het gebruik van geluidsapparatuur is binnen het gebouw niet toegestaan.
• Het is niet toegestaan personen in gevaar te brengen door onveilige situaties te veroorzaken, bijvoorbeeld: onafgedekte kabels achter te laten en vloertegels niet terug te plaatsen voordat de colocatie wordt verlaten.

If you do not abide by these rules, authorized security personnel of QTS may ask you to leave the premises. Damages resulting from not following these basic rules will be recovered from you.

• Be aware of the technical environment in the building and behave accordingly.
• Always carry valid identification (passport, driver’s license or identity card) and show it to security personnel.
• Know the QTS Internal Regulations and follow its rules.
• Always choose the shortest route to your space and stay only in places authorized by QTS or security personnel.
• Follow the rules of the Internal Regulations.
• Only leave the location through the main entrance.
• Know where the emergency exits are in the building.
• In case of an emergency, follow the instructions of security personnel and QTS employees. In the event of an emergency, leave the building via the shortest route and proceed to the designated meeting point in the parking lot when you hear a siren in the building.
• All interior doors have to be carefully locked.
• Do not hinder the activities of others.
• Do not operate any equipment belonging to others.
• Leave the areas clean.
• Taking packaging materials, fluids, and/or food to the hallway on the second floor and/or colocations is prohibited. A table to unpack your equipment is located in the loading bay.
• Entering the building under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol is prohibited.
• Smoking in and around the building is prohibited, except at the designated location.
• Filming and/or taking photographs at the location is prohibited unless prior written permission has been granted by QTS.
• The use of sound equipment inside the building is prohibited.
• It is prohibited to endanger people by causing unsafe situations such as leaving behind uncovered cables and not returning floor tiles before leaving the colocation.
